    The Family Child Care Association of NYS, Inc. 26th Annual Conference is coming!  Registration includes workshops, keynotes and meals.  Members receive special pricing. Please see information regarding 2017 FCCANYS Scholarships.  EIP scholarship applications are now available for 2017.

    If using EIP, the original award MUST accompany registration form.  If you are awaiting notification, you may send personal payment and be reimbursed upon receipt of payment of your award.  Payment or EIP award must be submitted with registration. An administrative fee of $50.00 will be charged if fully executed EIP form is not received by 3/6/17.

    Please note: An onsite registration fee of $25.00 for members and $35.00 for non-members for those not pre-registered to attend the conference.

    Refunds: Requests must be received in writing prior to February 15, 2017.  A $45.00 administration fee will be assessed to refunds processed.  Cancellations after 2/15/17 or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

    We invite your organization to be an exhibitor/vendor at the 2017 FCCANYS Conference to be held on Friday and Saturday, March 10 and 11 at the Villa Roma Resort & Conference Center in Callicoon, NY.  

    Space availability is limited so please book early.  Additionally, vendors are requested to provide a donation of merchandise with a minimum of a $35 value.

    Vendors are asked, when possible, to have items for sale for participants to purchase and take with them.  Participants are excited to bring new items back to their child care environments.  As in the past, we ask that no toys/items of a violent or aggressive nature be sold.
