Educational Incentive Program (EIP)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

EIP Participants: The original award MUST accompany your registration form. If you are awaiting notification, you may send personal payment and be reimbursed upon receipt of your award. An administrative fee of $50.00 will be charged if a fully executed EIP form is not received by September 18, 2026.

Onsite Registration: An onsite registration fee of $35.00 for members and $50.00 for non-members applies to those who have not pre-registered.

Refunds: Requests must be received in writing prior to September 4, 2026. A $60.00 administration fee will be deducted from all refunds. Cancellations after September 4, 2026 or no-shows are not eligible for refunds. To cancel, please email jvalentine@fccanys.org.

2026 FCCANYS Annual Conference Vendor Registration (Friday, October 02, 2026)

We invite your organization to be an exhibitor or vendor at the 2026 FCCANYS Conference, held Friday & Saturday, October 2–3, 2026 at the Best Western Plus Hotel and Conference Center in Oswego, NY.

Space is limited — book early!

Tables are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Vendors are requested to provide a raffle donation of merchandise with a minimum value of $35.00.

Exhibitors are encouraged to have items available for participants to purchase and take home. Please stock your table with plenty of brochures, catalogues, and items to sell. Each layout includes one 6' table, one chair, and one tablecloth.

You are welcome to set up Thursday evening (for Friday) or Friday evening (for Saturday). Please ensure your table is ready for attendees by 8:00 AM. Neither the Best Western nor FCCANYS is responsible for merchandise left unattended. As in past years, no toys or items of a violent or aggressive nature may be sold.

The Family Child Care Association of New York State is proud to host Jeanine Fitzgerald's Education with Insight, Basic Studies — a two-module professional development series for educators, family child care providers, and parents.

Module One: Frameworks Matter! — October 17 & 18, 2026
Understanding the promise, embracing the possibilities
This module inspires a shared vision for the future for the common good and applies unity of purpose to the field of education. It searches for opportunities to innovate ways to adjust, grow, and improve, and identifies how demographics and technology are likely to influence the direction of education. Participants will explore ways to engage not only those who have always thrived within tradition, but also those who could thrive when provided the resources and approaches necessary to do so. There are no hopeless children; but many adults who have grown hopeless about the situation they are in with the child.

Module Two: Profiles Matter! — November 7 & 8, 2026
Revealing the essence, nurturing the greatness
This module leads professionals and parents toward understanding the layer of possibilities waiting to unfold — our own layers and those of our children. We will examine research-based insights that uncover strengths and apply those insights to maximize our effectiveness and outcomes. All children are perfectly designed, and we must work in ways that ensure that design is visible, valued, and supported.
